Shipping Policy

At PupPort, we work to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Our estimated shipping time is 7–12 business days after processing.

Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Because of this, 7–12 business days can equal approximately 8–15 actual calendar days, depending on when your order is placed and whether any holidays fall within the delivery period.

Estimated Total Delivery

Most customers can expect their order to arrive within approximately 8–15 calendar days, although occasional carrier, customs, weather, or high-volume delays may cause delivery to take longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, unexpected delays may occur that are outside of our control.
